  • Every product sold by smartgreenshop is backed by our 30 day money-back guarantee. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about a product or you would like to exchange it, simply return it within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of any returns unless the item is faulty.
  • Under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee the purchase price will be refunded provided that the product is returned in clean condition and in its original packaging.
  • We will issue a full refund excluding original delivery charge (If the order was placed with free delivery £3.50 will be deducted to cover the actual cost of delivery), to the card you paid with (or Paypal), or exchange the item for a different one if preferred, within 10 working days of receipt.

Faulty Goods

  • We will refund the purchase price together with the delivery charge for any product which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition; and any product which develops a fault within a period of 30 days after delivery (other than due to normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions or misuse).
  • Alternatively, and at your option, we will will replace the product with the same, or a similar product.
  • Please contact our Customer Service team on 01284 70284001284 702840 or email us at Nigel@smartgreenshop.co.uk and we will email you a pre-paid label to return the product by post or taking it to your local Hermes Parcel Shop. This will totally cover your postage costs (UK only).
  • If on inspection, it is obvious that any fault occurred due to damage, misuse, neglect, repair or modification by you, the customer, then unfortunately we won't be able to cover postage charges or offer a refund/replacement.
  • If any product develops a fault within a period of 6 months after delivery (other than due to normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions or misuse). We will replace the product with the same, or a similar product.

 

 

How to Return

  • When returning an item, please contact us first and when sending back, please make sure you include: your full name and contact details, order number (found on the delivery note), the goods in their original packaging and a copy of the original delivery note.

 

Distance Selling Regulations - 14 Day Cancellation

  • It is your statutory right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense or we will arrange collection at your expense.
