Shipping & Delivery
United Kingdom Orders
Unless previously agreed, dispatch of your order will be processed on reciept of the full payment of your order. UK deliveries will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
We have made Post and Packing charges fair and easy to understand. The amount you will pay for delivery is based on the weight of the products up to a sales value of £9.95 excluding delivery. Economy delivery for orders over £9.95 is free. If you want a faster delivery you can upgrade to first class, special delivery or next working day courier. You can simply check the cost of these options when you access the shopping cart. You can also check and change the shipping method for any order during the checkout procedure before commiting to make a purchase.
Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail or Yodel.

All orders over £50.00 will be sent recorded or tracked delivery and may require a signature
If your order is of a high value or heavy we may decide to use a specialist courier in which case a signature will also be required.

International Orders
Unless previously agreed, dispatch of your order will be processed on reciept of the full payment of your order. International deliveries will be made within a maximum of  60 days.
The charge for International orders is based on the weight of the products ordered. To see the post and packing charge simply add the item to the shopping basket, enter you country when prompted and you will then see the cost of shipping your chosen items displayed. If you wish not to buy or change the quantity, it is easy to change the contents in the shopping basket.
Two standard options are available for international delivery
Airmail Small Packets - Delivery to Western Europe in 5 working days, delivery to Eastern Europe in 7 working days and delivery to the rest of the world in 7 to 10 working days.
Internationsl Signed For - Delivery schedules as above, but with the added security if tracking and a signature is required
If you have a large order or would like a specific quotation for delivery to anywhere in the world please feel free to contact us with your enquiry.
International airmail deliveries are made using Deutsche Post.

To process your order, our cart system requires your name, billing address, phone number and email address. This information is used to process your order and, if any problems should arise, to contact you about your order.
If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Unwanted Goods - Distance Selling Regulations
You may cancel your order within 30 days from the date you receive the goods. You must notify us immediately by email and return the unwanted goods to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Provided that you return the unwanted goods unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of your order, we will refund you by way of the original payment method the cost of the unwanted goods less our delivery charges within 7 days of the date we receive the goods. If the goods have been used or are not in re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse credit and return them to you or offer a return settlement less a re-stocking charge. Returns of unwanted goods are made at your own risk and expense.
What if your goods are broken or faulty when delivered
Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products
If any item you receive is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. You must notify us by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. If the faulty, incorrect or damaged item needs to be returned, you will be refunded for the cost of returning the item, up to the cost you originally paid for post and packing. If the cost of returning the item is higher than the price originally paid for post and packing, at our discretion we may cover the higher cost of returning the item.
Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Payment,
Payments in the United Kingdom can be made by Debit / Credit Cards, By Phone (call 01284 702840 or by sending a cheque or postal order. All international orders need to be paid with Paypal or a credit / debit card.
All card payments made on the website are processed through Paypal. You do not need to have, Paypal account to pay through Paypal you can simply enter your card details when prompted at the Paypal log in screen    WHAT IS PAYPAL
Why do we use Paypal? You also benefit from Paypal "Buyer Protection" which safe guards your payment and ensures you receive your order, or get a full refund. .
We accept Visa, Amercan Express, Paypal and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have signed up for Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode, you will need to know your password.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
